Shane Steven Filan occurs as member of the Irish boy band Westlife. He grew higher within Sligo, a village around Ireland. He was natural in July 5, 1979. He's had tierce brothers & 3 sisters. His parents owned the diner around Sligo and Shane used to operate there as the waiter from either a super early age. He was the large fan of Michael Jackson and even learned training moonwalk. He attend the Catholic school and participated inside the school production of Grease when he was about 16 or even 17. He loves horses, owns lots of them, & utilized to compete at horse tournaments. Filan is one of a quadruplet (erst 5) original Westlife members, along with more todays members Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan and Mark Feehily. However prior to Westlife; Kian Egan and Mark Feehily were with Shane within the band called I.O.U.. Filan has too cowritten two or three songs, along by using a more band members, including:
Shane married his childhood sweetheart, Gillian Walsh, on Sunday December 28, 2003 at Ballintubber Abbey.
Shane's married woman Gillian gave birth to their number 1 tike in 23rd July 2005, the girl whom it known as Nicole.
Inside Westlife's music, Shane is referred to as the lead singer & he has a pop/R'north'B voice.
